Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and HU Junjie, an individual operator based in China and operating HuyiKuai ("HuyiKuai," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using HuyiKuai, you agree to these Terms.

Service and creator control

HuyiKuai is a web-based creator workflow that lets an eligible creator connect a TikTok account, review a selected local video and its posting settings, and explicitly request immediate or scheduled publication through TikTok's Content Posting API Direct Post workflow. HuyiKuai does not guarantee that TikTok will accept, process, distribute, or display content.

Territory and availability

HuyiKuai is offered only to users in countries and regions where TikTok is lawfully available. The service is not offered for use in mainland China or in any jurisdiction where TikTok is unavailable, restricted, or prohibited. You may use HuyiKuai only when doing so is lawful in your location and consistent with TikTok's terms and policies.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into these Terms, and authorized to control the TikTok account and content involved. The service is intended for a broad audience of eligible creators and is not a private tool limited to the Operator or the Operator's internal accounts.

TikTok authorization

You decide whether to connect TikTok and whether to initiate an upload. You are responsible for reviewing the requested scopes on TikTok's consent screen and may revoke access through TikTok account settings. TikTok is an independent third-party service governed by its own terms and policies.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your account security, file selection, content, rights clearances, captions, and final posting decision. You represent that you own or have all permissions needed for uploaded content and that your use complies with law, TikTok policies, and third-party rights.

Acceptable use

You must not use HuyiKuai to:

• access or manage another person's account without authorization;
• upload illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or abusive content;
• spam, sell engagement, impersonate others, or automate engagement;
• scrape TikTok or bypass security, geographic, or platform restrictions;
• introduce malware or disrupt HuyiKuai, TikTok, or another service; or
• use the service in a country or region where TikTok is unavailable.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant HuyiKuai a limited, non-exclusive right to process the selected file and related technical information solely to perform the upload you request. This permission ends when the requested processing is complete, except for information that must be retained for security or legal reasons.

Fees

HuyiKuai is currently provided without charge and does not collect payment card information. We will provide advance notice and any legally required terms before introducing a paid service.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed, including TikTok authorization data, necessary cookies, direct browser-to-TikTok video transfer, retention, and user rights.

Intellectual property

HuyiKuai's website, design, text, and software are owned by or licensed to the Operator, excluding user content and third-party materials. These Terms do not grant permission to use TikTok's trademarks or other intellectual property.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using HuyiKuai and revoke TikTok authorization at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if use violates these Terms, TikTok policies, applicable law, security requirements, or third-party rights. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Service changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law or platform requirements, or improve the service. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of material changes.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, HuyiKuai is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent TikTok API availability, approval by TikTok, or any level of distribution, views, revenue, or audience response.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, reputation, or opportunity arising from use of HuyiKuai. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory laws in your place of residence apply. Before filing a claim, please contact us and allow 30 days to seek an informal resolution. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to a court with jurisdiction over the Operator's domicile, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting the revised version and effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
